Enhancement of limit for verification of withdrawals from Savings Accounts made at Extra Departmental Sub/Branch Post Offices and Single Handed Post Offices.

Dear comrades,
Postal Directorate has been issued orders for enhancing the minimum amount for verification of higher value with drawl at branch post offices  vide memo No.113-02/2001-SB dated 26/02/2013. Now the amount is enhanced from Rs.5000/- to Rs.10000/- w.e.f 01/03/2013 for SB transactions..
