PA/SA EXAM.2014, TYPE & DATA ENTRY WORKSHOP SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZED BY CIRCLE UNION, AT TARAPADA MEMORIAL HALL.WHO MISSED IT, MAY FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING TECHNICAL TIPS.

Technical Tips: 

1)Follow the cursor in the typing matter consciously.

2)If there is any spelling/grammatical mistake in the typing matter, don't change it, you have to type it keeping unchanged.

3)No change to a word can be done after pressing space bar after the word. Keep it in mind.

4)% of error should not exceed 4%. Try to be perfect. It will also help you to gain a good net speed. Your net speed  will bring you the marks, not gross speed.

5)Don't try to type quickly. Type smoothly in your normal speed.

6)During examination, if anybody asks you anything,tell him/her to ask the invigilator. Interruption can break your concentration.

7)For any problem during the exam (keyboard problem,screen resolution problem etc) at once report to the invigilator,not to anybody else. Check the condition of the keyboard at the starting time of the examination.

8)There are some pair of alphabates, which sometimes give little problem during typing. These are-

                 e-r,r-e,j-l,l-j,i-j,j-i,o-q,q-o,z-x,x-z. 

   Be conscious at the time of typing these alphabates.

9)In time of data entry always use the right numeric pad. In time of using the right numeric pad keep your left hand always on the keyboard in the proper position.

10)Typing & data entry- practice both with same seriousness, as both carries same number.
