12th Years 'BOOK-GRANT DISTRIBUTION CEREMONY' ,some important informations.

It has been observed that,some Spm's of our division are not encouraging the GDS employees & Contingentpaid staff to apply for the 'BOOK-GRANT' from our 'Pustak Anudan Tahabil' in due course. Due to that reason, some of our employees are not informed about the date of the event.
So,we are again requesting each and every Spm's of Howrah Dn.to intimate all eligible employees regarding the event and with their all out effort try to make the event a grand success.

This year the two scholarships of Rs.5000.00 (each) will be given to the following candidates :-

1. SONAMONI KHATUN -Class XI, Science- Vill-Chowrashi,De Ganga,BARASAT.

2. ASHIS DAS - Civil Engg.,3rd Year - S/O Smt.Madhabi Das, GDSDA,B.C.PARA,
MUGKALLYAN,HOWRAH.

For the music lovers, again we are mentioning that, there will be a very entertaining cultural function in that evening. So,please dont forget to attend the programme on 2nd February 2012 at Sarat Sadan (2no.Hall) at 5:00 pm.
