Dear Comrades,Please enroll your name for the Study Camp immediately. Dont miss it!

As you already informed through my letter dtd. 08.02.2012, that we are going to organize our divisional trade union study camp at Howrah H.O. on 3rd & 4 th March 2012, i.e.,on Saturday (evening 5p.m. to 6 p.m.) & Sunday (10a.m. to 5 p.m.), all interested members are requested to enroll their name without any delay to Com. Pulak Chakraborty, OA,Divl.Office,Kadamtala . Dont miss the camp,because its a rare chance for every one to experience such a rare event in the trade union history of our division! So,dont miss it please.
On Saturday (03.03.2012) , in the evening, there will be a small one hour session to distribute the work paper among all the delegates and also to explain our next days tasks.
On Sunday (04.03.2012) ,the session will start from 10 a.m. and will continue upto 5 p.m. There will be Tea Breaks and Lunch Break for the delegates. So,all interested members are requested to intimate their choice of food to Com.Pulak Chakraborty, at the time of enrollment of their name. We are preparing the ''Work Paper'' for the camp with maximum seriousness . So lets work together to make the Study Camp a grand success!

NOTE:- We will send the top scorer delegate of the camp to Barackpore, to attend the coming Circle Study Camp on 10.03.2012-11.03.2012 as one of the delegate from our division.So,Please attend it with all seriousness.
