RE- FIXATION OF TRCA OF THE NEWLY RECRUITED GDS EMPLOYEES (RECRUITED ON OR AFTER 01.01.2006) ARE IN THE FINAL STAGE. OUR ANOTHER ACHIVEMENT COMRADES! AGAIN HOWRAH WILL BE THE FIRST DIVISION IN SB REGION TO DISBURSE IT WITH ARREARS!

The work of re-fixation of the TRCA of the newly appointed GDS Employees are in full swing. As per our earlier announcements,the said GDS Employees will receive their enhanced salary in the m/o December 2012 ,and arrear for the same will also be disbursed during this month.The re- fixation work is in the final stage at the accounts branch of Howrah & Salkia H.O. This work will help about 80 GDS Employees. Unfortunately, 12 GDS BPM's will not get this benefit due to the minimum scale of the previous ED Employee worked in that post. Which is really injustice to them. Definitely we will unitedly move against all these injustice and will start strong trade union movement throughout the division ,just after the ensuing all india one day strike on 12.12.2012.

So,let us all,prepare to make it a historic strike in  the leadership of NFPE  & achieve our goal.
