Comrades, as you already know that, as per the resolution passed by the Circle Union in the last circle conference, every division will send minimum Rs. 3000 to the Sikkim Division to help the earthquake victims. But we have a detailed discussion with the comrades of Sikkim Division regarding this matter. They told us that, to re-built the houses of those 8 GDS employees, they need minimum Rs.8,00,000 immediately. It seems that there will be a deficit of money to provide house to those earthquake victims (now in various camps), before the winter season. Just imagine about their present situation. After evaluating the worst condition of our comrades in Sikkim Division, we are requesting our comrades to think about those members of Sikkim Division and extend your hand of co-operation to them as early as possible. Please donate for them as you wish and prove it again that our divisional members are well ahead of anybody else. Lets see them under the roof of their own house in this winter.
