Circle Conference - 2011, some important informations

As you already know that our circle conference ended successfully on 19.10.2011, at Kalyani, Nadia South Division. Following officials were the Delegates and Visitors from our Howrah Division :-

All attended the conference with attention and seriousness. Com. Suvayan Bala (22 years), the youngest visitor of this conference, delivered his speech for the first time in Circle Conference in his first appearance and his 4 min 30 sec speech was appreciated and applauded by all present at ''Vidyasagar Mancha'' on 19.10.2011.

Through his speech we have given some specific suggestions and proposals to the Circle Union. From the idea of our web site, some other divisions are also interested to launch their website and also wants to organize ''Sangeet Sandhya'' to create fund for ''Pustak Anudan''. Really it is a great news for us. At last, after 11 Years (!), Circle Union also recognized our work, publishing the same in the 'Sangrami Dak' - October, 2011 edition. A great news for all of you, that our G.S., Com. K.V. Sridharan assured us in his speech, that CHQ will definitely settle the issue of creation of System Administrator post with higher grade pay as early as possible, and the existing SA's will be definitely absorbed in those posts of System Administrator.

Another good news is that as per our division's proposal (given in the house of Group C Union through the Secretary's speech), Circle Union has agreed to accumulate fund for the earthquake victims of Sikkim Division (presently who are in various camps), who lost their houses in the devastating earth quake few days ago. As per the resolution passed during the session regarding this, Circle Union will pay Rs.50000 and CHQ will pay Rs.10000 (minimum token amount) and all the divisions under W.B. Circle will pay Rs.3000 (minimum).



We have committed that we would pay Rs. 25,000 to the earthquake victims of Sikkim Division. Circle Union, after a series of discussion, announced that they will pay Rs.50,000 only. After that, the above resolution has been passed in the house. But, we will definitely pay Rs.25,000 to those 20 homeless (8 GDS & 12 Departmental employees of Sikkim Division) earthquake victims and will definitely try to take an active part to build their houses before winter. At last, we are again giving ''RED SALUTE'' to the Comrades of South Nadia Division, whose tireless effort made the Circle Conference a grand success, specially Com. Koushik Roy and Com. Anwesha Biswas. Thank you very much comrades.
