AFTER A LONG STRUGGLE, AT LAST DEPARTMENTAL AUTHORITIES DECIDED TO IMPLEMENT THE COURT ORDERS RELATED WITH OUR REST THREE POSTMEN. THEY HAVE RESUMED DUTIES LAST WEEK. ITS NOT A VICTORY, ONLY THE WAY TO IT.

As you all knows that our divisional unions ( affiliated to NFPE) were struggling hard to implement the court orders related with the abnormal termination order of our four postmen by the divisional super. But the authorities were not ready to implement the HIGH COURT & CAT ORDERS earlier. After several court cases & clear cut instructions from the HIGH COURT & CAT, department has allowed one postman of Howrah H.O. earlier. But they didn't allowed the rest three postmen to resume their duties at that time. After our continuous struggle & discussions with the authorities, those three postmen has resumed their duties in the last week. Thanks to the administration for the implementation of the interim court order. Leaders of FNPO has done nothing in this case . IN RECENT PAST, IT HAS BEEN SEEN & UNDERSTOOD THAT IN OUR DIVISION, FOR THE SAKE OF THE EMPLOYEES OF ANY CLASS ,ONLY NFPE HAS  TAKEN A ROLE . This is not a victory , its the way to the victory, because long way to go, we have to win the battle at the High Court. So, NFPE has proved their responsibility again. Thanks to Com.
